2 Full-time 15 hours ago Full Job Description The hands-on Facility Operations Manager is part of the Leadership Team.
Leadership skills needed to instruct, perform, lead, and direct staff on site while we maintain customer focus.
Must have HVAC, electrical, infrastructure, and equipment related knowledge with hands-on attitude and ability.
Responsibilities Perform employee assessments and evaluations in alignment to corporate and client goals and objectives Read and understand equipment manuals and facility drawings Maintain CMMS system within KPI's Create and provide reports on equipment condition assessment Define equipment life cycle status and create appropriate documentation Perform all Site PM's to infrastructure related equipment Perform all Corrective repairs in alignment to expectations Familiar with KPI's , 5S, and other progressive methods Work in Team atmosphere taking lead from multiple levels of Mgt.
and sources Create and provide weekly reports on status and tracking sheets Understand philosophy of PM scheduling in order to level load PM's over year Evaluate and prioritize CM work to ensure compliance and expectations of end user Oversee and Manage Cleaning staff Oversee and manage all sub-contractors Monitor site Cleaning to meet / exceed standards Responsible for all financials and collections Additional duties and requests as assigned by the client or management Skills Detailed oriented and highly effective to get task completed and properly prioritize Minimum experience of 3 years of managerial or supervisory experience Minimum experience of 5 to 10 years in facility management Must be able follow instructions from Management and apply to site Exceptional skills and knowledge with PM programs and systems Must have computer experience and able to utilize and learn new systems quickly Frequent walking, stooping, climbing and sitting for periods of time Able to withstand varying temperatures short or moderate periods of time Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- On occasion Able to work on elevated areas and confine spaces Work with minimum supervision while staying on task Able to create intelligent and meaningful reports Understands and follows safety procedures and protocols Understand OSHA and local code requirements Computer skills a must.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
