Ensuring the safe quality/efficient operation of mechanical systems in a fast pace manufacturing environment.
Identify and perform proactive, preventative, and predictive mechanical maintenance tasks.
Installation and maintenance Use industrial shop tools including welding and cutting equipment related to metal fabrication and repair Use diagrams, manuals and operator interface controls to troubleshoot and repair machinery and equipment.
Install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain all mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic components.
Continually monitor machinery and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation.
Other duties that ensure production/quality targets are achieved What we are looking for:
Individuals with excellent work ethic, and a desire to exceed expectationsYour profile/Requirements:
Minimum of a High School Diploma/3 years Industrial Mechanical experience or equivalent combination.
Advanced knowledge and understanding of mechanical systems within a high volume manufacturing environment.
Welding and Mechanical aptitude, and mill and lathe experience.
Injection Molding and Electroplating/ E-coating equipment experience preferred.
Ability to utilize operator interface and learn the machines functions / operating systems required.
Ability to repair and troubleshoot Pneumatics and Hydraulics.
Experience with Robotics.
Comfortable working from ladders and platforms 20' off the ground.
Must be able to work any shift/schedule and be able to lift 50lbs without assistance.
