In this position, you will have the opportunity to provide uncompromised service, support, and administration to internal and external Service Center customers.
The Office Manager also aides the Branch Manager with overseeing the day-to-day activities within the branch.
Additionally, you will communicate and motivate team members to achieve service center goals.

A DAY IN THE LIFE AS AN OFFICE MANAGER You will use your strong leadership and computer literacy skills to oversee all administrative staff and functions at a service center.
There are a lot of moving parts to ensuring an awesome experience to our customers and team members so attention to detail and multi-tasking are important.
Some of the more significant activities include interacting with customers and other team members by phone or email ensuring services are entered, scheduled, posted, collected and sold.
Your commitment to customer service will make it a priority to resolve customer concerns.

Minimum
Qualifications:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
