You will be tasked with providing administrative support to the staff /patients participating in their programs by conducting calls to book appointments, tracking calls/interactions in their database system, and providing great customer service to all who seek their services.
The base pay range for this position is $16 to $17.
75 per hour.
Actual compensation offered to the successful candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level, among other things.
Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer.

Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming and outgoing phone calls, department mail, and deliveries Carry out administrative duties; filing, typing, copying, binding, and scanning Manage office supply inventory/filing Maintain updated electronic database/records as appropriate Serve as a conduit between patients and staff Record and communicate all issues to staff Track all calls and interactions in database system Coordinate Work/Activities of Health Clinicians, Providers and Patients Requirements:
High School Diploma or G.

required Experience working in health care setting (preferred) Experience with CRM/EMR systems (preferred) Excellent verbal communication skills Tech-savvy or comfortable with technology Two years of administrative work experience 10-hour shifts, 4 days a week (need to be flexible with availability) #INDEEDTH Job Types:
