Maintenance Technician
Tuscaloosa, AL Tuscaloosa, AL Full-time Full-time $18 - $30 an hour $18 - $30 an hour 18 hours ago 18 hours ago 18 hours ago Our Restaurant Maintenance Technicians are responsible for maintaining the inside and outside of their designated restaurants in order to deliver the best quality and experience to our customers.
Must have the ability to diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments to restaurant equipment, and maintain/replace/enhance inside dining area as needed/ required.
Must be able to provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of restaurant equipment and HVAC/Refrigeration units during hours of operation and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of restaurant equipment during non-peak hours, as appropriate.
This individual must have their own set of basic tools and reliable transportation to accurately complete daily work orders in multiple locations throughout designated geographic area.
Requirements:
Reliable vehicle, clean driving record, and adequate auto insurance to complete work orders in multiple locations throughout designated area (within 200 mile radius) 5
years of relevant experience repairing/maintaining restaurant equipment required Preferred Certifications:
Universal EPA; HVAC Journeyman License Preferred, HVAC/R, Kitchen Equipment, Ice Machines, and Basic Maintenance Skills Commercial; Light Commercial; Refrigeration (Walk in Coolers, Freezers); Restaurant Kitchen Equipment General Repair and Maintenance Painting, Tile Work and Carpentry Other duties as needed.
Skills-Computer Related:
Must have basic computer skills.
Skills-Physical:
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
and able to climb ladders.
