We are currently seeking a full-time employee to run the overall maintenance of a mobile home community.

Responsibilities will include:
Handy man tasks (light electrical repairs, plumbing, painting, and interior and exterior upkeep) Maintaining cleanliness of property by doing custodial work Completion, inspection, and approval of all make readies and move-ins /move-outs (if applicable) Daily and weekly inspection and maintenance of all common areas Supervise maintenance work done on community by outside vendors/contractors brought in as deemed necessary Complete resident requested service orders provided by management on a timely basis in accordance with company issued standards Manage on-site tool inventory system and maintain tools in proper working condition.
Perform landscaping cleanup, watering, weeding, mowing, trimming, and fertilizing Shovel snow and operate snowplow in common areas as needed (if applicable) Pool maintenance / cleaning (if applicable) Follow company safety standards.
Other tasks as needed or assigned by management Expectations:
Ability to move around the property in all types of weather conditions.
A significant amount of physical activity (walking, climbing stairs or ladders, bending, stooping, squatting, kneeling, crawling, reaching above shoulder height, grasping, gripping, turning, or lifting) is required daily.
Able to lift to 80 pounds frequently.
