Summary:
Our client is seeking several full-time Maintenance Technician to join their team in the Tuscaloosa, AL area.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for the maintenance and repair of all facilities within their assigned location.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairs, with a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
A minimum of 1 year of related experience is preferred.
A minimum of 2 years of related experience is preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and a strong work ethic are required.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
Duties and
Responsibilities:
Complete routine maintenance on all building systems and equipment.
Perform minor repairs on all building systems and equipment.
Prepare for major repairs as needed.
Ensure that all building systems and equipment are in good working order.
Preventative maintenance on plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and HVAC systems.
Perform minor repairs on all company uniforms, tools, equipment, and appliances.
Ensure that all company tools are clean and properly maintained as well as all company equipment.
Ensure that all company vehicles are well maintained and prepared for the next season.
Ensure that company tools, company uniforms, and other supplies are in good working condition.
