Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position Schedule of Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm Social Worker will be an essential team member, instrumental to our facility Social Worker will be focused on Discharge Planning Responsible for educating and applying in-depth knowledge of social, emotional, and physical development issues for geriatric patients Social Worker
Qualifications:
MUST HAVE a long-term care experience Valid LSW in the state of AL The Alabama Location:
