The Billing Specialist's primary function is to work with internal and external contacts in every aspect of the billing & collections process.
Excellent communication skills are necessary.
The successful candidate will display excellent organization skills and work ethic.
Specific responsibilities include
Responsibilities:
Prepare and remit specialized client invoicing.
Gathering documentation for client invoices.
Resolving billing issues with input from Project Managers.
Provide internal and external customer service related to the account receivable functions.
Contact delinquent clients with collection requests.
Other special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office software, particularly MS Excel.
Communicate clearly and professionally, both orally and in writing Ability to multi-task and think independently.
Strong attention to detail and organization skills.
Quick books or Vision accounting software knowledge is beneficial.
