We are looking for a Customer Service Representative/Claims Processor to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for process of all claims in accordance with departmental timeframes.
Also, in accordance with State laws and regulatory guidelines.
Provide service to customers via telephone and written communication.
Responsibilities:
Claims processing, Cancellations, Disbursements, Filing, and Surrenders Customer Service Policy Changes, Policy Loans, Address Changes, Funeral Hom Transfers Problem Solving Other duties assigned.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
