Maximus Foundation Intern
Prepare and/or maintain data collection and evaluation documents Engage with teams across Maximus to ensure education, awareness, and integration of DE&I and Foundation efforts within our operations Collaborate and share best practices, from outside and within the company Support the DE&I and Maximus Foundation teams members in developing, formalizing and communicating plans, activities, etc Support the Vice President in developing, hosting, and documenting DE&I meetings Support the Vice President with research, networking, and engagement Work on specific DE&I and/or Maximus Foundation projects as assigned. High school diploma or GED required and 0-2 years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Please Note:
This role requires living within commutable distance to the DC/Tysons, Va area as it will entail some in person events/ tasks that are local to the area/headquarters (Mclean, VA).
