Assistant Project Manager

Job descriptionThe ideal candidate will be responsible for serving in a support role as it relates to project direction, planning, completion, and the financial outcome for commercial and light industrial construction projects.
In order to succeed in this position, the candidate must be organized and have excellent time management skills.
The position serves not only in its current support capacity, but as a path towards advancement for Project Manager and ultimately Sr.
Project Manager roles.
Responsibilities Manage all project documentation.
Review submittals, shop drawings, etc.
Prepare project schedule and manage deadlines Assist with estimation and bidding process Effectively communicate project progress to key stakeholders, both verbally and with written communication Support Project Team (Project Manager, Superintendent, Documents Control, etc.
) Takes ownership of various functions from beginning to end, such as submittal & shop drawings, material tracking logs, RFI's, etc.
Able to effectively work with project software such as PlanGrid, Bluebeam, Sage Estimating, PlanSwift, MS office software and P6/Asta scheduling Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent 1 - 2 years of relevant experience Strong organizational skills Recommended Skills Bidding Communication Construction Coordinating Finance Microsoft Office Apply to this job.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
