Production Supervisor
Job
Responsibilities:
1. Totally be responsible for the repacking operation, resource coordination and repacking operation organization to ensure the customer supply plan is achieved;2. Be responsible for implementing the company's quality management system and customer quality requirements, carrying out quality activities, strengthening quality management during repacking process, avoiding quality problems occurrence and outflow ;3. Be responsible for the supervision and management of suppliers, assist in suppliers' capabilities improvement and evaluating suppliers' performance;4. Be responsible for 5S management and site safety management of repacking warehouse, ensure a stable and orderly operation environment;5. Be responsible for continuous improvement and equipment AM check, improve equipment efficiency and productivity, and reduce cost;6. Be responsible for statistics and analysis of repacking operation data, form the operation report and submit it to repacking center and function departments. Responsible for the rectification and implementation of abnormal problems;7. Be responsible for operator training and skill certification, and supervise the operators' operation to meet SOP/VPS and other documents.Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above ; Mechanical Engineering, industrial engineering, logistics management, business operation management and other related majors would be preferred;2. At least 5 years' experience in the automotive industry or other manufacturing industry, familiar with production management, lean/continuous improvementI or industrial engineering;3. Familiar with MS Office, SAP, data understanding, data analysis, operation management, lean improvement, 5S management, cost management, quality tools and common quality improvement techniques; Could also successfully completed vocational training or experience in a comparable function;4. Have good understanding of industrial processes, quick response for problem solving;5.
