Summary:
The Counter Sales position is responsible for pulling and selling stock materials to customers.
A Counter Sales representative should have excellent customer service skills and must be able to multitask.
No history of drug or alcohol abuse is allowed, and the candidate must be able to present a current health card.
Responsibilities:
Greet all customers in a courteous, professional, timely, and helpful manner Take orders and follow up with customers Pull stock materials for customer counter orders Assist walk-in customers with product recommendations Answer phones and communicate with customers on any orders or questions Monitor calling queue and notify customers of orders the day of arrival Process all product returns according to Inline Electric Supply established procedures and requirements Perform daily housekeeping practices for the counter work area Expedite and effectively satisfy all customer complaints and report to Counter Sales Manager Assist in cycle count as assigned by manager Perform all other duties as assigned by department manager or leadership team Required Skills:
Excellent customer service skills Organization skills Ability to multitask Ability to be a problem-solver Able to work independently or in a team setting Education and
Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with approved clean driver vehicle report No history of drug or alcohol abuse Physical Requirements:
Ability to sit, stand, and walk for prolonged periods of time Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry 30 lbs.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
