Immediate The candidate would be responsible to provide MES support to manufacturing operations that runs on the shop floor.
Duties and Responsibilities o MES System monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution and implementation o MES support - configuration of printers, scanners (PPC), PBL controllers and carts, part labels, MES Configure and troubleshoot barcode scanners.
o Basic level network troubleshooting o Track and control MES devices and their configurations o As an IT support- should be able to troubleshoot other systems that are integrated with MES (such as JIS sequence system, Paintshop system, SAP, AIB, HMI etc.
) o Take new MES requirements / changes from operations team:
o Translate it into technical speco Get the changes done by MES vendor teamo Review and Test the change with vendor team o Plan for rollout, and test it with operationso Write Work instructions and train operations teamAvailability o Flexible schedule and sense of urgency to support escalations that affect business operations and client services o Available after hours and weekends as needed and willing to work on-call rotationAdditional Requirements o Present strong interpersonal and communication skills; business operations facing o Ability to prioritize work in a multi-tasking and fast paced environment o Attention to details and completeness of work (e.
g.
documentation) will be expected o Must be a team player with a high degree of self-motivation o Ability to learn and apply technical information and are motivated to grow o Authorized to work in the United States o This position may require some local, national, and occasional international travelEducation & Experience Requirements:
o Bachelor's degree or equivalent o 7
