Qualifications for Project Manager
- Strong in the civil, utilities, earthwork background, steel take off, needs to be able to read civil plans, grading retaining walls, clearing, grinding, storm sewer installation, erosion control, hydro-seeding, paving, concrete work, mulching and landscaping
- 5 years' experience
- Previous experience in a project management role with the ability to execute multiple projects and/or simultaneously
- Ability to organize necessary resources, including people, tools, and time to meet deadlines and achieve desired results
- Take initiative and seek responsibility
- Foster positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
