Our new Business Development Manager will market and sell a diversified range of HR solutions to companies located in the Tuscaloosa area by prospecting new business opportunities, calling on decision-makers, analyzing their needs, and effectively delivering value-added solutions.

Job Description:
Our Business Development Manager will Become an expert on ALL Ambassador products and services in order to actively sell every service we offer as well as any future services
o Business Development Manager will create, build and maintain client relationships
o Business Development Managers start the morning at 8am (or earlier depending on necessity) in the branch office, leaving at 9am to sell until 3pm, Following up with potential and/or current customers, and setting future appointments
o Our Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating leads through prospecting and cold calling, both in-person and via telephone
o Preparation of proposal process for specific clients to include pricing, agreement negotiations and client presentations
o Participation networking organizations
o Perform Initial Client Expectations, Monthly Service Evaluations , and Present Quarterly and Annual Performance Presentations
Experience:
o Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing
o Able to demonstrate exemplary performance in attitude, attendance and professional image
o Must display initiative and creativity in problem solving
o Ability to influence and persuade to achieve desired outcomes
o Able to demonstrate effective negotiation and closing techniques
o Ability to follow through and provide excellent customer service
o Excellent organizational, time management and prioritization skills
