Your role:
o Recruit outside sales advisors-trainees?
o Lead new sales advisors through the on-boarding process?
o Train outside sales advisors using IPA's sales training program?
o Motivate sales team to reach sales goals
o Manage health care insurance sales accounts?
o Master IPA databases as well as sales and recruiting platforms
Job requirements:
o Possess a valid Health and Life Insurance License?
o Possess at least a High School degree or equivalent?
o Have a track record of sales performance excellence?
o Have excellent interpersonal and time management skills?
o Possess an energetic personality?
o Be a self-starter, motivator, and have an entrepreneurial mindset

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
